Change is an aspect of business that people struggle with & it is also at the core of any strategic initiative so I will work with your team to ensure they understand the changes being made and know their place in it

Change is at the core of any business improvement and progress but it is oft-resisted by stakeholders who feel threatened by what the change means to them, simply do not understand the change, or who are change-averse. These are all common factors that any initiative needs to manage and I can help with this by working closely with key stakeholders to educate, give focus and identify stakeholder risk and manage it appropriately.
