Coaching is a term oft-used by consultants and is defined as "Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential". A lot of coaching engagements fail to align with this definition, instead resulting in sessions that are more about what the coach has done in the past rather than what is the best course of action for the person being coached.
Coaching engagements with me involve regular, hands-on sessions where I ask pertenant questions that must be explored and answered to meet your personal and professional objectives. The frequency of coaching sessions can be increased or expanded to additional team members where it is appropriate to achieve your organisational goals and objectives and commonly include;
